Residential Services

We offer two 90-day plus substance use residential treatment facilities and an OhioMHAS Class 1 residential mental health facility with transitional housing. The Rulon Center is a 36-bed men’s substance use facility in Chillicothe. The Floyd Simantel Clinic is an 18-bed men/women mental health facility in Chillicothe.
